| Just a reminder: If new building value exceeds the inflation rate, the base premium cap will disappear. |

| Starting June 17, 2019, New Business will have the following new criteria: |
| 1. All dwelling risks (Home, Rental, and Seasonal) must carry a minimum $1,000 base deductible. For all renewal and endorsement, $500 option is avaliable to previously $500 deductible policies, |
| 2. All other policies must have a minimum deductible of $500, |
| 3. No prior losses in the past 3 years, |
| 4. No prior Sewer Back-up or flood losses in the past 5 years, |
| 5. Risks must not have been cancelled, refused or lapsed by any insurer (including RSA, CNS, WA) within the past 5 years. |

| It appears there continues to be claims being faxed in to our claims team, over the past few weeks and we will be disabling our fax machines in the near future. |
| In order to provide our customers the best experience we are asking that you please start submitting claims through one of the options listed above. |

| To ensure you receive the lowest quote, you must renew existing policies with the RENEW FUNCTION. |
| This RENEW FUNCTION has a red circular arrow icon and can be found on the tool page (wrench icon). |
| |
| If your renewal date is before May 1, 2019, please select 2016Sept rate. Otherwise please pick 2019Feb. |
| |
| In order to benefit from a renewal cap, most quote options must remain the same as previous year, otherwise, the cap will not be applied. |
| |
